Fondazione Berengo, in collaboration with FAI – Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano, is proud to present the new solo show of the Spanish artist Jaume Plensa: Water’s Soul.
Following the success of his solo exhibition JANUS at the Chiesa di San Gallo last year, and ten years after his intervention at the Basilica di San Giorgio Maggiore during the Venice Biennale in 2015, Plensa returns to the Venetian lagoon with an ode to the floating city.
Set within the iconic interiors of the Negozio Olivetti in the heart of Venice, the exhibition, curated by Jean Blanchaert, tracks the evolution of Plensa’s creations in glass at Berengo Studio in Murano, exploring his developing relationship with the material to create contemplative portraits that inspire deep reflection.
